What we do
​About us:
We are Voluntary Sector + UK & International Events Management Consultants. A number of our clients from the voluntary, public, and private sectors have in recent years called upon us to extend the scope of our services to include regeneration, eco-tourism, and events managements which in effect has meant that we have been retained, (amongst other tasks), to view and evaluate venues for events, conferences, meetings, etc; negotiate terms and costs; and make recommendations to boards accordingly. This also embraces associated matters relating accommodation, entertainments, food, refreshments, catering and so forth.

Latterly, whereas initially our instructions focused on London, this extend to other parts of mainland UK, Scotland, Wales, and Southern Ireland, and with increasing business in Europe and the overseas has now extended beyond whereas we are now asked to evaluate and review.
Collectively we have undertaken these assignments in the way outlined adjacent within and outside of the UK [London/Manchester/Sheffield/Perthshire/Essex/Nottingham/ Kent/Middlesex. Overseas has included Southern Ireland, Germany, Austria, Poland, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Korea, India, and Malaysia + supported events. This precipitated a number of positive synergies.
We evaluate the facilities and serviced provided in terms of our needs and suitability for our clients’ events, meetings, and business travel requirements as against other similar concepts on the market.
Since our establishment in 1972 we have looked at, introduced, and used a whole vast services (and had approved following recommendations by boards) for their sales/marketing purposes; displays/exhibitions; special events/functions; and so on. This is not a general statement but reinforced by all that transpired when we attend hosted events. We have previously supported the Association for Conferences & Events - ACE as members for a number of years.
